RETURN POLICY

You may return footwear in original and unworn condition back to us within 30 days of the purchase date online. Footwear must also include all accessories and the original box. Refunds are processed based on applicable product and tax charges. Original shipping charges are not refunded.  

HOW TO RETURN / EXCHANGE YOUR PRODUCT:

- For all online purchases you can return products by calling the Aureus customer service number at 800-220-8688, emailing Aureus at contact@aureus-usa.com or sending a message from the Contact Us page.

- They will gather your information and create a return ticket. Please specify in your email the nature of the return.

- Once a ticket has been created, they will give you an authorization number. This number is for matching your return to our records. Returns made with no authorization number will not be handled.

- Securely package item(s) in original packaging, including documentation, manuals, hangtags, accessories, etc. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

- Deliver the product to Aureus using any carrier you choose.

- Aureus is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

- Once received, they will match the product and authorization number to their records.

- Refunds will be made to the original method of payment used for your original sales order usually within 7 business days of package receipt.

- We will email you again to confirm when the credit has been sent electronically to your credit card. Please allow 48 hours for funds to post to your card.

- Exchanges follow the same procedure as returns. Send Aureus a message indicating what item you would like to exchange for. We will ship your requested exchange item to you without charging any additional shipping. Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the date we receive your return to process your exchange.

 

MANUFACTURE DEFECTS:

- If you feel that your product has a manufacture defect, please take photos of the defect(s) and email them to us at contact@aureus-usa.com. Once we confirm the defects, we will process your return at no charge to you.

- We will email you complete instructions together with a pre-paid bar-coded Aureus return label and ask that you attach it to the outside of your package.

- We will provide you with an Aureus Return Authorization Number, which will be used to track your return.
